Biology 101 Weezie the Worm By: Carlin McKenzie Introduction My research lab team did an experiment on what worms equivalent and dislike existence more or less. A lot of contrastive kinds of change and ironic substances were tested during this experiment like clavus starch, dry milk, baking hot hot soda, ginger, sand, orange juice, molasses, veggie oil, vinegar, and water. Weezie was evaluated how he sustainment the substances by neutral, negative, and positive. Neutral being that he didnt really mind being rough it, but he as well wasnt going to boney. Positive was when he would go close the substance. Negative was when Weezie would go far away from the substance. Weezie spill like being around the sand and he give non mind being around the corn starch, dry milk, molasses, and the water. Although, Weezie give not like the baking soda, ginger, orange juice, and vinegar. Materials and Methods First, the predictions were recorded o n what Weezie would like and dislike on the predictions chart. Next, Weezie was examined under the stereomicroscope. A medium-large dissecting trash was hardened on the table. Using the spatula a atrophied tot of money of corn starch, ginger, dry milk, and baking soda was put in severally corner of the dissecting tray. so Weezie was placed near the sand and he was observed.

and then the same was done with to each one of the other substances. Weezie was washed off with water after the baking soda. Next, the tray was washed and dried. Then, using the spatula once again a small kernel of orange juice, molasses, veggie oil, and vinegar was placed in each c! orner of the dissecting tray. Weezie was placed near each substance again to be observed. After Weezie had touched the vinegar he had to be washed again. Then, the pan was washed and dried. Next, Weezie was observed near water. Then Weezie was placed back in to the container. Results The hypothesis was not finespun accurate. The only wet substance that Weezie like to be around was water.
